Director of Sales

SUBNET is looking for a Director of Sales to manage a sales team and to implement quotas, measure progress, drive sales, and deliver revenue growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate and track commission based compensation plans
  • Accurately create sales quota and manage sales professionals to meet quotas
  • Develop an infrastructure and monitor daily the pipeline of sales professionals
  • Organize and execute professional sales training
  • Hold weekly sales meetings with sales professionals
  • Support, coach and mentor sales professionals
  • Provide accurate sales reports on a regular basis to senior management
  • Work closely with marketing to close leads
  • Perform annual reviews of sales professionals
  • Hire sales professionals

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful strategic sales experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Post secondary education or equivalent
  • A passion for selling software solutions
  • Experience with complex sales
  • Experience with enterprise level CRM applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience both developing and maintaining sales organizations

Compensation includes a base salary, an attractive performance based bonus structure and full benefits.
