SUBNET is looking for a Director of Sales to manage a sales team and to implement quotas, measure progress, drive sales, and deliver revenue growth.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate and track commission based compensation plans
- Accurately create sales quota and manage sales professionals to meet quotas
- Develop an infrastructure and monitor daily the pipeline of sales professionals
- Organize and execute professional sales training
- Hold weekly sales meetings with sales professionals
- Support, coach and mentor sales professionals
- Provide accurate sales reports on a regular basis to senior management
- Work closely with marketing to close leads
- Perform annual reviews of sales professionals
- Hire sales professionals
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of successful strategic sales experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience
- Post secondary education or equivalent
- A passion for selling software solutions
- Experience with complex sales
- Experience with enterprise level CRM applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience both developing and maintaining sales organizations
Compensation includes a base salary, an attractive performance based bonus structure and full benefits.
