SUBNET is currently looking for individuals to join our Enterprise-level Software Development Team. SUBNET’s product offerings are heavily based on Microsoft Technologies, and as such, it is important for the candidate to have a firm command of the technologies utilized to design, develop, and deploy Windows-based applications within the Microsoft .NET environment. This includes the base operating-system technologies involved with Windows Rich Client and Web-Service based designs.
Knowledge and experience in the utility industrial vertical would be preferred, but is not required.
Responsibilities of an Intermediate - Senior .NET Developer are as follows:
- Understand technical designs and application components
- Develop code that adheres to coding standards and processes
- Write test documents and procedures
- Investigate defects and bugs in deployed systems
- Maintain end-user documentation for developed applications
- Work within a team development environment
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with others

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- .NET 3.5 or higher
- Silverlight 2.0 or higher
- WCF 3.5 or higher
- WPF 3.5 or higher
- LINQ
- Extensively multi-threaded application development
- C# 3.0 or higher
- XAML
- Object Oriented Design Patterns
- N-Tier Development
- Inversion of Control & Dependency Injection
- 4+ Years industry experience
Additional preference will be given to candidates with the following:
- Experience with Csla 3.5 or higher
- Knowledge of EF
- Experience in SharePoint development
- Experience with PRISM
- Understanding of UML
- Knowledge of WF
- Experience with TFS
- Experience with ASP.NET
