What is included in my registration fee?
Your conference registration fee gives you full access to the event without restriction. Most of your meals are provided as including dinner on Tuesday evening and Wednesday, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday as well as lunches on Wednesday and Thursday. Those registered for training will enjoy the breakfast and lunch included. Accommodations and travel are not included.
When will the Agenda be posted?
There is a general agenda posted to help you schedule your time and travel. More detailed agendas will be posted with regular updates as content is approved and scheduled. Please check back frequently.
Will I receive a confirmation of my conference registration?
Once you submit your online registration it will be reviewed and processed. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email that includes all conference details. You can expect to be contacted within two business days after submitting your registration.

How do I book a hotel room at the conference facility?
SUBNET has secured discounted room rates at the conference venue (Astor Crowne Plaza) for our attendees.
Room rates are as follows:
- Rooms are - USD $178
- There is 13% tax on top of the room rate and $2 per night occupancy fee

Do I need to rent a car to get to the conference?
The Astor Crowne Plaza is only 25 minutes (12.9 miles) from the international airport. It is recommended you take a taxi to and from the venue. The cost of a taxi from the airport is approximately $33 one way. On-site parking is available for $31.60 per day.
Can I bring a guest?
There is no formal guest/spousal program at the SUBNET User Group Conference. You’re welcome to bring a guest to take in many of the New Orlens attractions that may interest them.
Guests of conference attendees are invited to take part in the morning and evening meals offered during the conference. Charges may apply.

Will there be on-site registration?
Yes, subject to availability, for an additional registration fee, on-site registration will be available, but we are expecting a sold-out event, therefore, we recommend registering early.
What should I wear to the SUBNET User Group Conference?
Business casual attire is appropriate for meetings and evening functions.
